How To Book a Trip
STEP 1: Explore our website to see what attracts you
Browse through our website in the area of the world you would like to explore – Africa, Australia or the Americas. Then look through the Property Profiles and Itinerary Collection. You’ll see the unique way that we explore each region. If a property interests you, just hit the Add to Favorites button, and it will save the profile for you. The same with the Itinerary Collection. You can edit the Favorites section at any time by hitting the remove button below each description. When you have an idea of your dream itinerary, contact us.
STEP 2: Contact Us
Make an initial enquiry by calling us at toll free at 1.888.995.0909 to talk with one of our experts or fillout our online contact form. Our experienced staff will work with you and determine what is the absolute best plan and all the options available to you and your traveling companions. We work out the complicated logistics daily and know these exclusive camps and lodges better than anyone in the business.STEP 3: Itinerary Design, Planning and Quotation Phase
What are your preferred dates of travel, including international air travel time. You decide the size of your party. Whether it’s just yourself, you and your spouse, the entire family or a group of friends. Uncharted Outposts specializes in intimate parties of two to twelve travelers. It is imperative for all trip planning to start with confirmed international air reservations.STEP 4: Proposal Itinerary
Usually within 48-hours, we e-mail you a proposed itinerary. If it needs some tweaking, we’ll work with you until we have the perfect itinerary in place.STEP 5: Deposit & Confirmation
When you are ready to confirm, we’ll send you a deposit invoice - the amount will vary with each itinerary and destination. Once your deposit is received, your trip is considered a confirmed booking, and we send your "Welcome Aboard" packet which will include all your pre-departure information: booking forms, travel tips, information on passports, visas, insurance, and shots you may need.STEP 6: Final Payment and away you go!
Final payment is due 60-days prior to departure and we will then re-confirm and finalize your travel arrangements. Just before departure you will receive your "Final Packet" from us which will include your final trip information: emergency contact details and any additional final documentation that you will need.
Back Home: TRIP EVALUATION
It’s important for us to know how you enjoyed your trip and what were the high points of your travels. And if there were any problems, we want to hear about that as well. We send out a Trip Evaluation form and encourage you to fill it out and send it back to us. We value your feedback on each location.
